the viewing session
- The ordering process is a fun experience and we encourage both parents to come to the appointment. You will get to sit back and enjoy a fun slideshow of your images set to music and to see all the smiles, giggles and reflective expressions. After that, Casey will walk you through an efficient process of narrowing down the images to your favorites. She will work with you and your budget to make sure you get what you want.
- Because we collect your order on the day of your ordering appointment, we cannot stress enough that you come prepared with all decision makers present. In order for Casey to help make the best investment suggestions for you, she needs a little bit of help from you beforehand. Please take the time after your photo session to give some thought to where you would like to display your artwork in your home. Before coming into your appointment, please measure and take pictures of these spaces and email them to portraits@milestonephotography.com. If you are not sure, please send us all possible spaces. The worst is when you order artwork that is too big or too small for a space. Your time is valuable so we want to insure we have everything we need to make the perfect decision.
- Once your order is complete, we will take the balance that day so we can begin the ordering process. We understand that this is an investment, so you can pay half of the balance that day and half when you pick up your purchased items.
- Since we order through professional color labs, our processing time is 2-4 weeks. We will call you as soon as your order is ready for pick-up.
